Virtual Regional Operations Office

Practice with complete source data, changing priorities, communication decisions, and a five-day capstone.
Training only: All names, prices, messages, vendors, travel choices, and properties are fictional. Never use these to book actual travel, issue payments, or represent an employer. Practice progress on this page is stored in this browser; submit deliverables through the Academy upload portal for supervisor review.

Daily work simulator

Choose a dataset and scenario. Generate as many independent practice days as needed.

Each new workday changes the case number, dates, vendor and property records, invoice amounts, conflicts, and priorities. The same case number recreates the same underlying records for fair review.

Executive workday assignment

    Executive briefing draft

Summarize the top three priorities, decisions needing approval, risks, and next deadlines.

    Open submission portal

    Inbox triage and calendar

Read the complete messages. For each, determine urgency, next action, owner, due date, and whether an approval is needed. Enter calendar entries for actionable deadlines and meetings.

    Calendar entry

    Current calendar & conflicts

    Property finance dataset

Create an Excel budget-versus-actual report. Calculate dollar and percentage variances, highlight exceptions, summarize each property's performance, and identify two items for investigation.

    Invoice verification

Check for duplicate invoice IDs, unusual payment changes, missing purchase orders, and invoices requiring approval. Do not assume every invoice should be paid.

    Chicago travel coordination

    Travel recommendation

    Professional communication simulator

Respond as an executive assistant: be accurate, respectful, concise, and explicit about next steps. Never promise a payment, change a booking, or share confidential information without authorization.

    Draft a professional response

    What will you do next?

Automated feedback evaluates the selected action and basic completeness only. Your supervisor must review tone, factual accuracy, and professional judgment.

    Five-day executive assistant final assessment

Complete one full workday at a time. The next day carries forward unresolved tasks, so earlier decisions have consequences. Download each day's case data and upload the completed work products for supervisor scoring.

    Mastery, scoring, and targeted remediation

The supervisor scores submitted work using the same rubric each time. An assessment is ready for approval only when it meets the target and has no critical authorization, privacy, or security errors.

Enter category ratings from 0 to 100. Final score is weighted. The pass benchmark is 90% with no critical errors; two different passing scenarios are recommended.

This rubric is an additional local coaching worksheet. The online submissions portal also supports supervisor score fields after applying the updated database migration.
